Added a description of parcels marked as promotional materials when uploading labels in bulk in the Bulk upload section.

Added localisation of the interface - Ukrainian and English (Authorisation and logout pages - in English). Switching via the profile drop-down menu in the Interface section.
Added parcel count to the status filter - displays the total number of parcels and by country in the Interface section.
For parcels Without tracking number, the parcel card now displays a QR code with TN and printable status in the Label card section.
