Label card

To open the label card, click the record with the required parcel label in the list, regardless of the column you click to. You will be taken to the Parcel card page.

The label card displays the latest information about the label.

On the Parcel Page of the shipment, you can find the Country where the warehouse is located, the Tracking Number of the parcel, the customer's NP number, Labels Loaded, the name of the store, and the data of the Recipient.

For parcels without tracking number"** (parcel in the status TN Generated, Awaiting Registration), the parcel card now displays QR and TN, which can be printed out, by clicking the Print button.

If the labels of two different parcels are loaded by mistake, the parcel is assigned with the Mixed Labels Error status:

If the parcel was declared manually by a warehouse employee and assigned the Manually Declared status or a parcel with the Waiting for Documents status, with the Failed Declaration status and with the status Damaged, the Loaded Labels line will appear in the label in addition to the information about the cargo. The Total Price of the cargo will also appear.


To open a Attaching the Parcel with detailed product information, click on the Expand button icon.

This line contains an image of the QR code and detailed information about the product:

  • Store (store name);
  • Product Name;
  • Category;
  • HS code;
  • Quantity;
  • Unit Cost.

Invoice Incomplete - the status indicates that the invoice is Incomplete, so a warning sign will appear on the Attaching the Parcel page.

In a parcel with the Restricted status, a message will appear on the Attaching the Parcel page with the reason for this status. For example:

Damaged - status indicates that the label is damaged. Therefore, the Attaching the Parcel page will look like this:
