Labels are a mandatory element of the shipment. To instantly access information about the parcel, it has a unique identifier — the track number.
Labels are divided into two types:
  • With user ID number.
  • No user ID number on the label (or the label from the store is worn off). Parcels without a user cannot go through the automatic process according to SML 2.0 and cannot be shipped to Ukraine. Such parcels require manual intervention by the manager to identify the user. Such parcels are moved to the basket (conditionally) with the status Not registered. Such parcels cannot be shipped to Ukraine at this stage. All unregistered parcels are processed exclusively in the SML system until the parcel is registered in СargOs, Registration is checked during the second scan, we check for status 1-0 1-2.

  • Parcel tracking;
  • Parcel identification;
  • Parcel sorting;
  • Parcel delivery
    • 3Unregistered parcelA parcel that has physically arrived at the partner's warehouse, but it is not registered in the CargOs system, i.e. does not have a MEN number.
    It may not be registered for several reasons:
  • The user did not register it in their personal account;
  • The user registered it under an incorrect tracking number;
  • The store changed the tracking number before the parcel arrived at the warehouse;
  • The user started registering the parcel without a tracking number and did not have time to register it before it arrived at the warehouse.
    • ⚠️ In all cases, there is no fact of registration of the track number (parcel) in the CargOs system
