Validation

The Search System provides the functionality of searching for shipments by a unique parcel number and filtering records by selected parameters. The filter allows the user to define certain criteria that the search results must meet.

The system provides search by track number and customer NP number, date of loading, and shipment status.

Attention!

If there is no tracking number on the parcel label, you must check the Without Tracking Number box in the checkout for system to automatically generate Tracking Number

If you do not check the Without Tracking Number box, or the image is damaged/torn off, the system will also automatically generate a Tracking number for it.

The NPS system assigns a Status to the shipment, in the search system.

Status Mixed labels error - indicates that a warehouse employee has uploaded several labels from different parcels using the Upload label(s) to 1 parcel option. If 1 - 3 labels with different data were uploaded to one parcel, the system recognizes them as labels from different parcelsYou need to check the uploaded labels and upload them separately. It is important that the uploaded labels have the same data:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • NP - client number
  • Track-number
  • Status Pending - This status allows the warehouse employee to remove the label in 5 minutes. If you mistakenly uploaded a personal image while using a bulk upload optionThe warehouse employee returns to the card and removes the label within five minutes
    Status In progress - the ability to remove the label within five minutes is no longer available. Although, the image error is still being processed and is not saved in the NPS system. The process of recognizing data from the label would still be launchedArtificial intelligence will generate data from the information that can be recognized on the label
    Status Failed - indicates that a very poor quality label was uploaded, and that it was not possible to obtain the necessary data. The data, obtained from the label, can not be used for generation of a valid parcel object in the NPS systemYou need to check the uploaded label, try to find the Track number according to the instructions (under the Bar code or the Bar code itself). If there are two images, the employee must decide which one is more important and reupload the label
    Status Duplicated - notifies that the recognized data was not recorded in the NPS system, because the parcel with provided track number already existsYou need to make sure that the label is really duplicated, check all the necessary data. (Copy the track number to see the current status of the parcel. Make sure that the parcel with this track number already exists. There is info about first addition of this number, and the assignation of the first status)
    Employee takes a photo of the label, scans the track number, uploads it, realizes that the wrong track number was scanned due to multiple labelsEmployee takes another photo, scans a valid track number (there are two valid order numbers in the system already, but one is redundant). Employee notifies the manager. Manager removes the redundant one and returns it to the employee
    Status TN generated, Awaiting registration - a tracking number has been generated for the parcel. The parcel with data retrieved from the label and the generated tracking number is saved in the NPS system. Now, it is waiting for registration by the customerThe warehouse employee calls the customer and reminds them about the registration, afterwards, employee re-scans the number and forms the shipment
    UA number - final status, which means that the label was identified as the UA-, instead of customer's NP-numberThe parcel will be processed by NPS managers and sent to the NPU team for further iterations. Parcel data is updated outside of SML
    Status Disposal - final status, the parcel, with data obtained from the label, receives the Recycled in the NPS system status. The system did not retrieve the information from the label correctly, thus it was not foundThe employee sends the ENC (Electronic Control Note) to the manager. If the manager can correct the error, he enters the correct data and updates the system information. The data in the SML system will be updated immediately
    Nova Safe Trade - the final status, which means that the label identifies the sign of parcels from Nova Safe TradeThe parcel will be processed by NPS managers, and the parcel data will be updated outside of SML
    Awaiting registration by client - the parcel with data has been successfully saved in the NPS system and is waiting for registration by the clientIf the user does not register the parcel within 24 hours, the data they previously added is automatically deleted. The status is updated to Awaiting registration. The warehouse tech has the ability to add an invoice
    Awaiting registration - the parcel with the data has been successfully saved in the NPS system and is waiting for registration by the customer, if 24 hours have not passed since the unregistered parcel was added to the system (there will be a timer in the parcel card)If the time has expired, this status means that the warehouse employee needs to add an invoice according to the following rules:
  • If the recipient's data is defined in the parcel, a timer of 24 hours for user registration is started (there will be a timer in the parcel card). If the time has expired, this status means that the warehouse employee needs to add an invoice
  • If the recipient's data is not specified in the parcel, the 24 hour timer does not start until the recipient's data is added by the manager. When you hover over the Add invoice button, the information message Waiting for recipient data is displayed. As soon as SML receives the recipient data, it automatically starts the 24 hour timer, as described in the previous paragraph
